Instant messaging – It’s just like the popular
messaging systems on the Internet… plus, MOSES goes an extra step.
- If the recipient is not logged in, the message is stored. Once the user logs in,
the message is displayed
Phone messaging – It works like an internal
e-mail system… plus, more. You can link each message to. . .
- A patient’s account
- An invoice associated with a patient. . .
- An entry in a patient’s EMR records
If there’s a phone message to refill a prescription & the user wants to keep the
request, it can be stored with that patient’s EMR file
