Scheduling Metrics to ensure completed clinical notes and posted charges

Too many times, clinical notes don't get completed and charges aren't applied. This leads to incomplete patient EHRs and stalling/degradation of cash flow. To mitigate this, MedXLnce has implemented the means to review the patients seen by every provider at every office, indicating the status of the visit's clinical documentation and charges applied. This alerts management when work is incomplete allowing them to address areas that are needing attention so as to maintain accurate patient EHR and efficient billing.

MedXLnce Releases Comprehensive Automated Patient Reminders

MedXLnce now offers automated patient reminders in the form of email, phone calls, and text messaging. The Patient Reminders system is custom configured with respect to frequency and message content, allowing the appointment visit type to associate with the message being sent. If the patient confirms the appointment, then the confirmation appears in the schedule indicating the patient has confirmed. If a patient chooses to cancel an appointment, a message is sent to the medical practice staff, informing them, so that staff can reach out to the patient to coordinate rescheduling the cancelled appointment. We also support on-demand reminders. This allows for staff to review who hasn't responded and on-demand patient reminders.  

MedXlnce Complete Upgrade of the MOSES Platform

MOSES has had a complete overhaul. MedXLnce has upgraded it's server farm hardware and connectivity solutions to improve both the speed and reliability of MOSES as well as the internet speeds between our servers and the internet. Additionally, we have retired our Citrix solution and moved to the latest Microsoft Desktop solutons on the latest Windows server version (Windows Server 2019).

MedXLnce Receives ONC-ACB Certification

MOSES Cloud Complete EHR v5.5©, is a Complete EHR compliant solution and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
We have have made significant enhancements to support the new requirements of the Stage 2 Certification. As more and more demands are placed on the provider, we have adjusted our workflow to support an efficient process AND still be able to meet the needs of the CMS Stage 2 requirements.
The newly enhanced MOSES Cloud Complete EHR© Physicians Interface tells who the patients are in the office, why they are here, where they are, and, with one click, can access all their clinical documentation as well as generate the specific clinical documents appropriate for the purpose of the patient's visit.
As another example of efficiency, before the provider finishes the time with the patient, the Clinical Visit Summary can be posted to the Patient Portal, even though the clinical note may not be finished. Additionally, the Referral Summary Document can be generated and sent via Direct Messaging, to the patient's referral destination... all before the patient leaves the examination room.

ICD-10 Readiness

Supporting ICD-10 is just the start. In addition to supporting ICD-10, we also support the ICD-9 to ICD-10 mappings and a hierarchical search of the new ICD-10 codes, with warning and recommendations handed down by CMS.

Certified Interface with our new HIE Partner 'Dr First' has been achieved

Our current HIE Partner, Relay Health, is not going support the move to Meaningful Use Stage 2 (aka MU2). Therefore we have transitioned over to Dr First. This new company has a much stronger support for MU2 and will be an excellent partner for the future. All clients who current utilize Relay Health will be contacted so that they can seamlessly transition over to Dr First. 

Electronic Lab Orders and Results are now available

At no additional cost, all clients can now have bidirectional lab orders and results as part of the MOSES Cloud Complete EHR Solution. We support multiple lab centers. Contact Customer Support to learn how to begin using our electronic lab orders and results system.

New Server Farm Coming Online

In an effort to maintain the latest hardware and operating systems, MedXLnce is gearing up to bring a new server farm online in an effort to transition users from the current server farm. This will provide more efficient, faster infrastructure and performance.

Tom Cook to speak at Amelia Island Health Care Council

The Amelia Island Health Care council has asked Mr Cook to speak to their Health Care Council to present the MOSES Community as a solution to sharing patient data seamlessly. You can attend the conference at VITAS Innovative Hospice Care on January 29th, at 8:00AM.

The MOSES Community is Released.

The purpose of the MOSES Community is to share patient data (both demographic and clinical health records) with other medical practices using MOSES, without having to resort to old outdated legacy practices. Patient demographic data is shared between companies, with a single click. Clinical health records can be made available by permission from the owners. This allows sharing of data efficient and accurate. It removes the possibility of human error in data entry and communication.

A new physicians interface is rolled out and made available to all editions of MOSES.

This new interface allows the physician to monitor the patients who are checked in and where they are located. With this interface, the physician can then generate the clinical documentation, appropriate for the reason for the visit, with nothing more than a few simple clicks.

MedXLnce release a major upgrade to their chiropractic edition that provides for a 10 second office note.

Clearly initial consults take a much more in-depth documentation effort. However for a quick check during an ongoing chiropractic treatment series, a 10 second note would provide for complete documentation with very little effort.
